Yesterday was my parent's 24th anniversary.. And my sis, her bf and I have been planning for it for quite a while =) Firstly, we brought them to dinner at Breeks at MS... That wasn't the fun part... It was after the dinner that the surprise really started.. heh. We got them both separate gifts and after the dinner, we left the gifts together with them while we left the area. The idea was to leave them alone for that few minutes =) My sis presented to them cards with instructions. They were supposed to pick up the gifts meant for the other half and present it to him/her. My sis informed me that they teared when they were presented with the cards. Well, juz for your info, we got a handbag and a rose for my mum, and a shirt for my dad =D
So after they were all done, they called us and we went to picked them up.. The next surprise was the Singapore Flyer! We bought for them tickets, yup juz for the 2 of them. We wanted them to spend the 30 mins together in a romantic setting without all their noisy kids =P I could see that they were pleasantly surprised.. I was initially worried because when we were on our way to dinner, we passed the Singapore Flyer and my dad commented that its expensive and that its a waste of money... My mum even said that she would probably get a heart attack if she were to ride on it... but luckily for all of us, they went on the flyer without major incidents. heh.

All in all, I think it was a success! haha. I really have to thank my sis for doing most of the work. She was the one who got all the gifts and the rose.. all i did was the preparation for the dinner, which isn't a lot of work at all.. and not forgetting Chris/Riyan who accompanied my sis in getting all the gifts for my parents =) Thanks alot sis and Riyan!!
Last Thurs, i went out for dinner with Yush, my sis and Riyan. We went to Swensens at MS.. haha! yes, I know you guys muz be wondering that I'm such a boring guy that I really have no other place to go other than MS.. I think Yush agrees that I'm boring ;) heh.. But I do go to other places ok! Anyways, the dinner was great fun. I picked Yush up first and we met my sis and Riyan directly at MS. I don't know whether Yush enjoyed the dinner, but i sure do hope that she did :) And to be honest, I think i gained weight after that meal. haha! oh wells =) After the dinner, I sent my sis and Riyan off first after which Yush and I went on a driving spree. haha.. We went to my workplace, my primary school, my secondary school and lastly, to her childhood home site. It was fun! =D
